Q. Where are you based?

We are a family run business based in Stoke-on-Trent, we also cover surrounding areas in Staffordshire and Cheshire.

Q. How can I get in touch to arrange a free quotation?

Simply go to our ‘Contact‘ Page and you can either email us or give us a call to arrange a visit and quotation.

Q. Is your quotation price final? Will there be any hidden extras?

We like to be totally up front. We are very thorough when producing our quotes. The price we quote is the price you pay. There are no hidden charges with us.

Q. Does your quote include materials?

Yes, we source all of our materials from local suppliers and we can provide you with receipts so you can see the exact costs of all materials.

Q. I am thinking of getting an extension, do you provide an architect?

Yes, we work very closely with a local architect and we can put you in touch with him if you don’t already have your own.

Q. I have heard a few bad stories regarding builders, how can I be sure that you are genuine and can deliver on your promise?

Q. Will you remove all rubbish after the job is complete?

Yes, we always make sure that all rubbish is removed from site.

Q. Are you insured to carry out work on my home?

Yes, J&L Gratton builders have fully comprehensive public liability insurance.
