Do I need local authority approval for my loft conversion?
Yes! Building regulation and approval is required and sometimes planning permission depending on the extent of the conversion. We can assure all of this is done for you.
Will my loft space be high enough for a conversion?
The minimum height requirement from the floor to the Apex is a minimum of 2.2 metres.
